When you book with me I keep your name, contact details, the address where I'll be working, any allergies or eye conditions you tell me about, and your booking history with me.

I use your details to travel to you, to do your lashes safely (that's why I ask about allergies and eye conditions), and to manage your bookings and payments.

Your booking details are needed to provide the appointment you asked for.

Allergy and eye information is only stored with your explicit consent, so your treatment is safe.

Stripe, for payments.

Lovable Cloud and Supabase, for website hosting and the booking database.

postcodes.io and OpenRouteService. Your postcode is sent to work out the drive time, nothing else.

The email service that sends your confirmations and reminders.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by me or on this website.

I keep your details for [2 years] after your last appointment, then delete them.

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, any time.

This site only uses the cookies needed for payments and the admin login. No tracking or advertising cookies.

If you're unhappy with how your details are handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
