Booking terms and policies
Everything you need to know before booking your lash appointment.
Booking and payment
- Appointments are released on the 19th of each month.
- Out of hours and emergency appointments are an extra £20, subject to availability.
- A £20 non refundable deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your total.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day.
Changes and cancellation
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no shows, lose the deposit.
- If I need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full or moved to a new date.
- Repeated no shows may mean future bookings are declined.
Refunds
- The £20 deposit is non refundable and comes off your total.
- The patch test fee and patch visit travel follow the same 24 hour rule.
- If I have to cancel, your deposit is refunded in full or moved to a new date, your choice.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take 5 to 10 working days.
Timing
There is a 10 minute grace period.
- Being 10 to 15 minutes late incurs a £10 fee.
- After 15 minutes the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit is lost.
Your space
- Please share your full address and any parking or access details in advance.
- Have a clean, quiet space ready with good lighting and a plug socket nearby.
- Keep pets and extra guests away during the appointment.
Before your appointment
- Come with clean, makeup free eyes (no mascara, eyeliner, lash glue, skincare or oils).
- Remove contact lenses.
- Tell me about any allergies, eye conditions or sensitivities beforehand.
- Avoid lash curlers, strip lashes and oil based products for 24 to 48 hours before.
- Limit tanning and direct sun around your appointment.
- Please use the toilet beforehand and wear comfortable clothing.
- I don't work on damaged lashes.
Aftercare
- Keep lashes dry for 24 hours.
- Avoid the gym, saunas and steam rooms for 24 hours.
